The rift between India and Nepal over the border issues, seems to be going to the next level. Nepal, reportedly is going to build an army camp near Kalapani (India), a place which has been made part of Nepal in the country’s latest political map. It was in this week, which both the assemblies of Nepal decided to make the following places, as part of the country’s political map – Lipulekh, Kalapani, and Limpiyadhura.
Two days ago, Nepal’s military chief Poorna Chandra Thapa made a visit to the border, which is reported to be in line with Nepal’s decision of building an army base in Kalapani. Quoting the country’s secret agencies, IANC stated that it was Chinese ambassador Hou Yanqi, who was instrumental in the decision of Nepal.
