Though the release of the project got postponed due to Coronavirus outbreak, makers of ‘Maniyarayile Ashokan’ have announced that Dulquer Salmaan and Jacob Gregory had crooned for a song in the project. A production venture of Dulquer Salmaan, ‘Maniyarayile Ashokan’ will see Jacob Gregory playing the lead role. Touted to be a rom – com entertainer, the move marks the presence of a group of debutants.
Penned by Vineeth Krishnan, ‘Maniyarayile Ashokan’ marks the directorial debut of Shamsu Zayba. Apart from Jacob Gregory, the project featurs Anupama Parameswaran, Anu Sithara, Shritha Sivadas, Nayana Elza and Krishna Shankar in other important roles. Though makers are yet to zero in on a release date for the project – owing to the uncertainty of the industry – they might come up with some sneak peeks to the project.
