The ‘Dhanalaxmi Bank Bond’ controversy has been doing its business in the sense that Travancore Dewaswam Board has now come up with an explanation that incorporated the chants of ‘Lord Ayyappa’. While responding to the questions posed by the State Audit report regarding the investment of INR 150 Cr in ‘Dhanalakshmi Bank Bonds’, The board maintained that the investment was made well before the incidents of ‘Flood’ and SC verdict of ‘Women entry in Sabarimala’.

Stating that the two aforementioned incidents wreaked havoc to the financial state of the board, the Travancore Devaswom board linked the decision of investing on the ‘Dhanalakshmi Bank Bond’, based on the premonition of ‘Lord Ayyappa’.
