Kochi: Three children have been identified among the four who died in the accident during Tech Fest in Kusat. Atul Thampi, a native of Koothattum, Ann Rufta, a native of North Paravoor, and Sarah Thomas, a native of Thamarasery, were identified.
At the same time, ADGP MR Ajith Kumar said that the condition of the four injured girls is critical. Two of them were shifted to Aster Medicity Hospital. Two people are undergoing treatment at Kalamasery Medical College. A total of 46 people were treated at the hospital. ADGP said that 18 people were injured.

The accident took place during a tech fest organized by mechanical engineering students called Dhishna. The accident occurred when Bollywood singer Nikita Gandhi’s concert was attended. As the rain fell, more people came to the auditorium.
According to the students who witnessed the accident, the people in front of them fell on the stairs when they were pushed from behind during the rush and more people fell on top of them.
