Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is preparing to enter the 4G battle field in the country, by rolling out 4G service across the nation. Reports suggest that the state owned telecom operator would be making 4G SIMs ready for users, for INR 20. According to the available reports, users would have to buy a new Universal SIM or USIM, which supports the 4G connectivity. For this purpose, users would have to take a visit to any BSNL office or store.

The industry is anticipating BSNL to rollout the 4G service across the nation by the end of this year. The entry of BSNL to the 4G battlefield could further bring down the effective price of the data – call packs in the country.
