Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has started accepting the bookings of the 2018 Honda Africa Twin. Priced at INR 13.23 lakh, the Honda 2018 Africa Twin comes with a 360 degree value addition. Made available in GP Red color scheme, only 50 units can be booked on the first phase. Showcased during the Auto Expo 2018, the 2018 Africa Twin would be made available at Honda ‘Wing World’ dealership across 22 cities in the country.
The bike comes with Throttle by Wire (TBW) technology and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) system. Powered by a 999.11cc parallel twin engine, Honda Africa Twin develops a peak power of 88bhp at 7,500rpm, while the peak torque figure stands at 93.1Nm at 6,000rpm. The system is comprised of four levels of Power and Engine Braking – ‘Tour’, ‘Urban’, ‘Gravel’ and ‘User’.
