The Indian army is all set to launch a new online grievance redressal system based on soldiers’ Aadhaar number. Using the Aadhaar based mobile application, army soldiers can post their grievances online. Upon receiving the issues, authorities would soon take necessary measurements to address them. Announced on the 70th Army Day parade earlier this week, the app reportedly contains some useful information for the soldiers.
Along with the announcement of the new system, the Army chief General Bipin Rawat also mentioned about starting couple of army residential schools and a law college.
